Oct. 27 (Bloomberg) -- Dassault Systemes SA, whose design software is used by Toyota Motor Co. and Boeing Co., said it agreed to pay about $600 million to acquire sales and customer support operations for one of its products from partner International Business Machines Corp.Dassault will acquire customer contracts and other assets related to the Product Lifecycle Management software from IBM, according to a joint statement by the companies today. The cash transaction is expected to be completed by the first half of next year, the statement said.
